We have been registered as a tours & travel company since 2019 but we got the opportunity to come into actual business when we registered ourselves with GetTransfer last year. Vehicle fleet expansion
As far as our fleet is concerned, we have almost every category of vehicles in our fleet right from Sedan’s, SUV’s, MUV’s, Vans, Minibus & Luxury Cars as well. Secondly if the clients request us for any other car which is from the same category of car, then we arrange such a car at no additional cost because we believe customer satisfaction as the top priority always.
Customer satisfaction
For example, sometimes clients select the car with no requirement of Wi-Fi but then they later request us to provide the same saying that they can pay additional price for it. We inform them that it’s ok we will arrange it without any cost & then clients are overwhelmed & happy. We never take any payment for such small things but for the clients it means a lot. Also, there are instances when clients have booked a ride wrongly meaning they have put a wrong drop location while booking the transfer & when we take them to the location, they say we need to go more ahead, and we will pay for that. In such cases my chauffeur assists them & we don’t charge because of which clients are happy with our service. Especially if it is a transfer at night then such small things mean a lot to the clients & if they are happy, we are happy too because we feel that we have fulfilled their expectations completely. It is a proud feeling when such clients say that we will recommend our service to others.
What we believe is that if we are fulfilling the requirements of the clients without any compromise then nobody can stop us from growing. And a growth of a carrier means a growth of GetTransfer as a whole & that is necessary because we need to go at extremely higher heights of success.
