Passenger and carriers assist​

We take care about our Passengers and help drivers with warm clients receipt in airport. Like concierge service in 5 star hotels.​

Problem One

Many of you have faced a situation when finding a passenger at the airport is difficult and even a name plate does not always help. By phone or via messenger, you try to explain where you are, and the passenger where is. This is not very comfortable for them and sometimes impossible if cellular communication does not work. Such moments have a bad effect on the service's impression and the carrier's rating.

Problem Two

The second problem of the carrier is parking bills.
Drivers are tracking the arrival status of the flight over the Internet, and when the flight lands, you enter the airport area and start paying for parking time. In reality, the time for baggage collection and passenger exit to the meeting area can vary greatly from the country of departure and from the work of ground services. You just wait for the passenger to exit (30-40-60 ... minutes) and pay for parking time, which reduces the profitability of your trip.

Your benefit

A GetTransfer employee is at Lisbon Airport in a branded uniform (T-shirt and cap) and a nameplate with the passenger’s name. All in bright orange colors, very noticeable and clearly recognizable by passengers.

What does our employee do?​

On September 01, we started our presence at Lisbon Airport. At the moment, our employee is at Lisbon Airport from 09 am to 6 pm, 7 days a week.
